Osterloh named to Daktronics All-Region second team

BANNER ELK, N.C. - Mars Hill's Richard Osterloh was named to the 2010 Daktronics NCAA Division II All-Southeast Region Men's Soccer second team, region officials announced Tuesday.

Osterloh, from Sao Paulo, Brazil, was named to the All-South Atlantic Conferece first team and was selected Freshman of the Year. He led the conference with 2.56 points per game and 1.11 goals per game.

The Daktronics NCAA Division II All-Southeast Region Teams are voted on by the sports information directors of the Southeast Region. The region is comprised of the Conference Carolinas, the Peach Belt Conference, and the South Atlantic Conference, in addition to independents King College (Tenn.) and North Greenville University.

The team is sponsored by Daktronics, Inc., an acknowledged world leader in scoring, timing and programmable display systems for virtually every sport at every level of competition.
