BLOOMSBURG—Bloomsburg University men’s basketball player Dontahe Jordan (Williamsport, Williamsport) has been named the PSAC Eastern Division Freshman of the Week for his play in the Huskies opening season win on Monday night.
Jordan scored 12 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in his collegiate debut to lead the Huskies to an 82-64 win over Penn State Schuylkill. Jordan was 3-8 from the floor and also hit 5-6 from the free throw, while grabbing a game-high 10 rebounds.
Bloomsburg, 1-0, will play at Penn State Wilkes-Barre on Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m.
