The Seawolves (4-3) won their third straight game as they also got 13 points, six rebounds and four assists from senior forward Casey Robinson and outshot their Pacific West Conference opponents 61.2 percent to 29.2 percent.
The Sea Warriors (3-2) were led by 10 points apiece from Kameron Steinhoff and Adrian den Dulk.
UAA scored the first eight points of the game and never looked back, leading 32-18 at halftime and by as many as 30 points (69-39) late in the contest.
Rohde, a 6-9 junior transfer from Arizona State, had his highest scoring output as a Seawolf, draining 10 of 12 shots from the field and 2 of 3 free throws. Senior guard Brandon Walker chipped in 12 points, five rebounds and a pair of UAA’s 25 assists.
Drew Robinson’s only basket was the first bucket of the game, then the Lehi, Utah, native went to work running UAA’s smooth offense, becoming the first Seawolf since Luke Cooper in 2007-08 to dish double-digit assists.
Freshman Travis Thompson made 3 of 4 three-pointers to finish with nine points and Casey Robinson also nailed three treys as UAA shot 9 of 20 from long range.
The game was UAA’s last against a fellow NCAA Division II West Region opponent in the non-conference season, improving to 2-1 (wins over HPU and UC San Diego; loss to Dixie State) in those games.
The Seawolves take on the University of British Columbia to close play here at the Glacier Classic on Saturday at 5:15 p.m.
