NORTHFIELD, Vt. -- Senior Anne Kaduboski (Dedham, Mass./Dedham HS) and sophomore Monika Drogosz (Unionville, Conn./Farmington HS) were among the double-winners for the Bentley University women’s swimming and diving team during a triangular match at Norwich University Saturday.
Bentley, which took 15 of 17 events, ran its record to 5-0 with wins over Norwich (97-23) and Regis College (96-23).
Kaduboski’s wins came in the 1000 yard freestyle (11:08.78) and the 500 free (5:26.80) while Drogosz touched the wall first in the 200 free (2:05.32) and the 50 butterfly (28.83 seconds).
Freshman Kellen Power (San Jose, Calif./Valley Christian HS) turned in winning performances in the 100 fly (1:01.16) and the 200 individual medley (2:19.97). Sophomore Shelley D’Aleo (Enfield. Conn./Suffield Academy) swept the two diving events, with scores of 169.20 and 235.70.
Bentley’s other individual winners were freshman Amy Shin (Lancaster, Mass./Nashoba Reg. HS) in the 50 backstroke (30.00), freshman Erin Campbell (Marshfield. Mass./Marshfield HS) in the 50 free (26.08), sophomore Taryn Dooley (Feeding Hills, Mass./Agawam HS) in the 100 back (1:06.85), sophomore Jessica Hodsdon (Brewer, Maine/Brewer HS) in the 100 breaststroke (1:08.90) and junior Molly Murphy (Horseheads, N.Y./Watkins Glen HS) in the 100 individual medley (1:05.69).
Shin and Murphy were also part of the Falcons’ winning 400 medley relay team.
Bentley’s next competition isn’t until January 6 when the Falcons will host Plymouth State.
