Chestnut Hill College (3-2) went 3-2 through a fall schedule that pinned the Griffins against three, top-ten, regional opponents. Gutierrez is one of several newcomers to Head Coach Albert Stroble’s line-up. He is one of nine Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) student-athletes to be ranked in the top 15, including seven players from, top-ranked, Concordia College. Gutierrez finished the fall season with a 4-1 record and number one singles and a 2-3 mark at number one doubles.
The men’s tennis team resumes play in the spring with a trip to Hilton Head, South Carolina, for the Hilton Head Invitational in March.
