“We were able to get a big lead tonight and stay in control the whole way through,” said head coach Rob Bishop. “This was a great win for us on the road.”
Sophomore Davion Berry poured in a team-high 23 points on 7-of-12 shooting from the field, while classmate Brandon Ward contributed 18 points, including 3-of-4 3-point baskets. Berry and Ward each recorded three steals apiece. Senior Warren Freeman finished with seven points.
The Otters host NCAA Division I Southern Mississippi on Saturday, Dec. 11 at the Kelp Bed. Tip-off is 2 p.m.
