Millersville, Pa. - For the second time in three weeks, Millersville's Mike Holley (Baltimore, Md./Old Mill) was named the PSAC East Men's Basketball Freshman of the Week.
Holley has now won the honor two of the four times it has been awarded this year. This week, it was for his stellar performance in the Marauders' victory over Lincoln. Holley led Millersville with 15 points and also registered career highs with eight rebounds, six assists and four steals.
Through four games, Holley is averaging 17.8 points, 4.25 assists, 3.3 steals and 2.25 assists per game. He has led the Marauders in scoring and assists in each of the first four games.
Holley and the Marauders try to string together consecutive victories for the first time this season when they host University of the Sciences on Thursday. Tip is scheduled for 8 p.m.
