Senior Wins East Division Offensive Award for Third Time
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – West Florida senior outside hitter Chelsea Wilhoite has been named Gulf South Conference East Division Offensive Player of the Week, it was announced today. The weekly award is the third of the 2010 season for Wilhoite and the fourth of her UWF career. She is just the third Argonaut in history to win four GSC Player of the Week awards in her career.

She added 13 kills in UWF’s win over North Alabama on Friday, and her five aces on Saturday against UAH is tied for the 10th highest single-game total in UWF history.
For the week, Wilhoite totaled 36 kills and 25 digs while hitting .386.
Wilhoite and the Argonauts return to the court Tuesday night for a 7 pm match against NAIA member Spring Hill
