Kansas City, Mo. – Year-in and year-out Lynn University’s men’s soccer team churns out All-Americans. And this year is no exception following the announcement Kyle Conrad has been honored as a Daktronics Third Team All-America recipient. The men’s soccer program now has 84 selections, second most among all programs at Lynn.
In addition, the Fighting Knights have had at least one All-American chosen for nine consecutive years and 25 of the last 26 years overall.
A second team honoree last year, Conrad adds this recognition to the bevy of accolades he has earned this season. Already he has been named an ESPN Second Team Academic All-American, First Team Daktronics All-South Region, ESPN First Team Academic All-Region and Second Team All-Sunshine State Conference.
A product of Jensen Beach, Fla., Conrad led LU with 11 goals, four assists and 26 points. His assist at Nova Southeastern on October 27, gave him 100 career points, becoming just the fourth player in the program’s storied history to accomplish that feat. Conrad is also fourth all-time at Lynn with 39 career goals.
The Blue & White finished the year 8-8 overall and 2-6 in the SSC.
