With the Hawks up just two, the visitors embarked on a 15-4 run to seize their biggest lead of the game to that point at 64-51 following a layup from freshman Allen Harris (Roslindale, Mass.). Saint Anselm led by at least 10 points over the remainder of the game to come away with the victory.
