KINGSVILLE, TEXAS The fourth-ranked Texas A&M-Kingsville football team plays host to Lone Star Conference North Division rival Southeastern Oklahoma on Saturday night at 7 p.m. on Community Appreciation Night at Javelina Stadium.
Community Appreciation Night encompasses the entire weekend from Friday morning until Saturday night. The weekend begins on Friday at 7:15 with the Eggs and Issues Breakfast in McCulley Hall where Dr. Steven Tallant and Mayor Sam Fugate will talk about the relationship between the university and the community. The final event of the weekend is the Boy Scouts Camp Out in Javelina Stadium after the game. In between, there are a number of events occurring.
EmbroidMe will be sponsoring a canned food drive. The first 500 people to bring at least five canned good items to the game will be given a free T-shirt.
