Lynn Volleyball To Take On Barry In First Round Of NCAA South Regional

BOCA RATON - Lynn University’s volleyball team earned the fourth seed in the NCAA South Regional Tournament and will take on Sunshine State Conference rival Barry (16-6, 11-5) in the first round on Thursday, November 19, at 5:00 pm.  All South Regional competition will be held at the University of Tampa.

The Fighting Knights (20-9, 11-5 SSC) enter their fourth-straight NCAA Tournament with their fourth-consecutive season with at least 20 victories.  The 11 victories in the SSC is a program-high for the Blue and White.

The Fighting Knights and Buccaneers split their home and home series in the regular season with the home team victorious in three sets in both matches.

The winner of Lynn vs. Barry matchup will take on the winner of Tampa and Kentucky State on Friday, November 20, at 7:30 pm.

The championship game will be held on Saturday, November 21, at 7:00 pm.
