Bloomsburg’s Nate Graham Named PSAC Wrestler of the Week

BLOOMSBURG—Bloomsburg University wrestler Nate Graham (Selkirk, NY, Ravena) has been named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Wrestler of the Week for the period ending Nov. 27.

While wrestling in the highly competitive Northeast Duals, Graham was the only Bloomsburg wrestler who posted a perfect 3-0 mark.

In the opening dual, Graham registered a 3-1 sudden victory over George Mason's Bagna Tovuujav, who entered the weekend ranked 19th in the 184-pound weight class. His win helped propel Bloomsburg to a 34-12 triumph. In a 27-10 loss to American, Graham was one of only three Huskies to claim victory. He posted a 14-3 triumph over Thomas Barreeiro, picking up Bloomsburg's only bonus point win with the major decision. In the final dual of the weekend, Graham collected an important 3-2 decision in the upper weights, helping Bloomsburg to an 18-14 win over Northern Iowa.

Graham, who is ranked 23rd in his weight class, has now won five straight matches and improved to 8-2 on the season.
