PacWest Women's Media Day is Wednesday

The Pacific West Conference will broadcast its annual Women's Basketball Media Day on Wednesday, live on Red Zone Media beginning at 2 p.m.

Fans can listen to the broadcast by going to www.redzonemedia.com

PacWest Commissioner Bob Hogue will host the one-hour show. The program will also be available and archived on the PacWest website at www.thepacwest.com

Each coach will join Hogue for 5-7 minutes to preview his or her team. The PacWest Preseason All-Conference Team and predicted order of finish also will be announced.

GCU head coach Trent May is scheduled to be on at 2:10 p.m.

Grand Canyon went 19-8 last season and has won three of the last four PacWest championships. This year's club includes the program's all-time leading scorer in senior guard Samantha Murphy (Phoenix, Ariz./Xavier Prep) and all-time leader in assists and steals, senior guard Rosalyn Nelson (Phoenix, Ariz./Deer Valley).
